I came because my AC doesn't work in my apartment, so I am happy the AC works so well here. The room is nice and cool and mostly shared too. The kitchen so I didn't have to keep ordering out. They were accommodating for my service dog I have with me, the grass outside is perfect for her to go to the bathroom, and offer a trash right there to throw away her stuff. Not a bad price for everything we get.

Location was fantastic I rented a room a few blocks from this one and I kid u not they were propositioning me and asking about drugs, where as here I don't even recall hearing another person, it was a very pleasant stay I highly recommend especially if it's just for a simple place to eat was your butt and sleep!

PG&E had to do some repairs on equipment at our home. This was a nice reasonably priced place to stay for one night. With the kitchenette and the refrigerator, it would be great for a longer stay.

The clerk, Stephen I believe, was over and above in helping the mess created by BOOKING.COM. We appreciated all he did to straighten out our reservation.
